Bi-Annual Meeting To Be Held This Saturday April 18

Local 23 will be holding our bi-annual meeting for all members on Saturday, April 18. As we enter into warmer months, with work and training opportunities opening up, these meetings are very important for members to stay up-to-date on everything that is happening at Local 23. We’re growing, and it’s more important than ever to get involved and join us on Saturday, April 18. Please mark your calendars and we hope to see you there! The meeting locations are below.

BAC Local 23 is currently hiring Field Representatives at the following locations:

• Northwest Ohio Chapter
• Northern West Virginia

Position Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be a journey worker in the bricklaying craft
• Be able to pass a background check and driving check
• Hold a valid driver’s license
• Possess strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

Role Purpose

This representative role focuses on:

• Representing and supporting union members at worksites and meetings
• Enforcing collective bargaining agreements and assisting with grievances and workplace issues
• Building strong relationships with members and employers
• Promoting union values, worker rights, and workplace safety
• Supporting organizing, recruitment, and member engagement efforts
